What is the Best way to lv up weapons of your third char in the ps2 game Dark Cloud?

you know the heafty guy with the hammer how can i get him better its so hard to hit anything with him

Ive just started replaying Darkcloud myself and having been having a bit of an issue with the chubby boy with the mallet, named Gordo maybe?

Id suggests you keep playing the Wise Owl Forrest with your other 2 characters untill you find a decent weapon for him and then take him back to the Divine Beast Cave and start from Lvl1 in teh dungeon and complete it with him, if you can carry on going to the back dungeon to get decent gems for his weapon the speed will pick right up and he wont be so nippy, remember if you hold the attack button untill the Speed Bar flashes he does a Spin attack which when leveld up will kill most monsters,
